Member Discount:
Cancer Cachexia Society Members will automatically receive a 10% discount on the conference fee (e.g., Academia member fee of $800 will be reduced by $80 to $720).

Other Important Notes:

  • Abstract Submission:
    Please register now to secure your spot, and submit your abstract prior to the May 2 or June 13 deadline.

  • Registration:
    Places are limited – first come, first served. 

    Late rates will be announced only if there is availability after the registration period (ending Aug. 1).

  • Trainee Travel Awards:
    We hope to offer a small number of travel awards to help offset costs for trainees wishing to attend the conference who may otherwise be unable to do so. However, we cannot currently guarantee such offerings as it is dependent on meeting the necessary fund raising goal. Please stay tuned for any updates as we continue our significant efforts to meet this goal.

  • Conference Recording:
    Recordings may be available and will be announced closer to the date of the Conference.

  • Cancellation and Refund Policy:
    – Refunds (less a $100 administration fee) will be granted to participants unable to attend, provided written notice of cancellation is received by July 31, 2025.
    – All refunds will only be issued after the Conference.
    – No refunds will be made for cancellations received after July 31, 2025.

  • Accessibility or Other Special Accommodation:
    The Conference venue, Aldo Moro Complex, offers fully accessible meeting rooms.
