- Abstract Submission:
Please register now to secure your spot, and submit your abstract prior to the May 2 or June 13 deadline. - Registration:
Places are limited – first come, first served.
Late rates will be announced only if there is availability after the registration period (ending Aug. 1) - Conference Recording:
CCS will again be using the Whova mobile application. Presentations will be recorded but due to prohibitive cost, there will be no virtual attendance or live streaming. In the weeks following the conference, we will announce an on-demand package for a fee for those wishing to access the recordings. -
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
– Refunds (less a $100 administration fee) will be granted to participants unable to attend, provided written notice of cancellation is received by July 31, 2025.
– All refunds will only be issued after the Conference.
– No refunds will be made for cancellations received after July 31, 2025. - Accessibility or Other Special Accommodation:
The Conference venue, Aldo Moro, offers fully accessible meeting rooms.
