Early Bird Registration Fees apply until June 30, 2018.
After June 30, 2018, fees will increase by $100 for Academic and $300 for Industry registration.
Note regarding Abstract Submission:
You must be registered to submit an abstract. An abstract received without registration will not be considered. Please enter your Registration Confirmation Number at the time of your submission. This number is found in your Conference Registration confirmation email.

The Cancer Cachexia Conference has negotiated a special rate at the Conference venue from September 13-16, 2018.

Rate: $199 – Single or double occupancy

All individual reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night's room deposit, or guaranteed with a major credit card.
The Westin Philadelphia is situated in the heart of the Center City Business District which is only steps from Rittenhouse Square which boasts the best restaurants and shopping Philadelphia has to offer. Includes business center, childcare service, and fitness center.

Guest rooms Wireless - High Speed: Free internet is available to all SPG Members. Guest room access fee: 14.95 USD per day.
Parking: Self- and Valet Parking Facilities 43-67 USD per day.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refunds (less a $50 administration fee) will be granted to participants unable to attend, provided written notice of cancellation is received by July 31, 2018.
All refunds will only be issued after the Conference.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after July 31, 2018.
